Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 weeks pending on payment verification and availability. The average shipping time for delivery is 7 to 10 days. We are open 7 days a week. From 10Am to 8 pm (Est).
Once your order leaves the warehouse, where possible, we will e-mail you the tracking number so you can track your shipment online or via telephone. Deliveries are normally scheduled Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Special delivery arrangements can be pre-arranged with our office which includes evening, weekend, or expedited delivery. You can also note special delivery requirements in the comments sections during the checkout process.
You will be contacted for an appointment by the freight carrier or delivery agent ahead of time so that you can plan your schedule accordingly. Transit times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Our company will endeavor to ensure a prompt and safe delivery, however, M&S Furniture cannot be held responsible in the event that your items arrive later than the estimated date due to geographic location, weather, seasonal demand, or manufacturer's delays. Your order can be held at a local delivery terminal or dock for up to 14 days. If you anticipate or require a delayed shipment, please contact our office.
All deliveries will require that an adult be present to inspect and sign for the shipment. Under no circumstances can the items be left outside of the house or apartment unattended.
Upon delivery, be sure to inspect the shipment for damage before the driver leaves. All shipments are fully insured while in transit only. If there is visible damage to the packaging, you should immediately open the packaging and inspect the product for damage and contact our office for further instructions. If by chance you reach us outside regular business hours, please only refuse the item in question, and notate the damage to the item(s) and the box(s) in detail on the delivery receipt.It is important to be as detailed and descriptive as possible on the delivery slip before you sign for your items. A signature indicates acceptance; without inspecting the boxes, you are accepting the shipment "as is" and will be fully responsible for any replacements (including freight) or repair costs if transit related. Ensure you also verify the number of packages delivered with the delivery receipt you receive. As packaging differs from manufacturer, do use caution when opening your items to prevent scarring from knifes or misplacement of instructions and hardware. Should any damage be discovered please keep the shipping carton and inner packaging.
It is the customers' responsibility to ensure the furniture will fit through hallways, doorways, or any such pretext. M&S Furniture will not accept returns or be held accountable should your order not fit into your home, or should damages occur due to improper measuring.
Delivery Options:
Home Delivery, also known as curbside delivery, includes delivery to the driveway of your home or office. The driver will help you offload the goods from the truck, and bring them into the first dry area of your building such as a carport or garage. Please keep in mind that you may need someone to help move your furniture. It is the customer's responsibility to bring the items inside their premise, assemble if necessary, and dispose of all packaging. If you need help moving your items into your home or should you not be able to accept ground level delivery (i.e. apartment building), please contact us for Inside Placement option. If you live in an apartment building, the furniture will be brought only to the lobby or freight dock.
Local Delivery (New York City) :
Shipping is free within the 5 boroughs of New York City (Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx and Staten Island).
All merchandise is shipped out in with instructions on how to assemble the goods.
Non-Local Delivery (United States):
$199.00 flat shipping rate applies for all other states within the continental U.S.A.
You must provide a daytime phone number, the carrier will not schedule the final delivery until they speak with you by phone. To request delivery and assembly service in non-local area (within the Unites States) you can leave a comment while checking out. We will contact you prior to shipping.
M&S Furniture is not responsible for any possible changes in inventory at vendor warehouses. We can not guarantee that a given item is in stock. We will however work closely with our purchase department to make sure your order is shipped as soon as possible if you choose to keep your items on back-order.
All orders will be professionally packaged and if needed, crated to ensure they arrive in the pristine new condition you desire. In the rare event damage does occur in shipping it is the customers’ responsibility to open and inspect their order to ensure it is damage free upon arrival. If there is damage present please immediately refuse shipment for the damaged item only. All damage must be noted on the freight bill in order for you to receive prompt replacement. Please also call us or e-mail to notify us of said damage so we can begin the replacement process as quickly as possible at no charge to you. Please take the arrival of your shipment seriously as we want you to love the experience of shopping with M&S Furniture as much as you're going love your new furniture. We take great pride in our packing and shipping precautions. Your furniture pieces will usually arrive on a pallet to prevent "manhandling" which is the most common cause of damage to furniture.
All US, Canada, and International orders are accepted! Any item shown on our website can be delivered directly to your home or office. Delivery surcharges apply to all freight bound for Alaska, Hawaii, and remote locations. International customers will be responsible for arranging a freight forwarder, as well as all tariffs, duties, and customs fees. M&S Furniture can provide a breakdown of your invoice which includes country of origin upon request. If you have a specific delivery time frame or restriction, please contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavor to meet your needs, but cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time.
DETAILS OF OUR POLICY:
Order Cancellation:
Most of our products are in stock at vendor warehouses for fast shipment. You may cancel your order and receive no penalties before your order ships to our warehouse or within 24 hours after order is placed.
If your order has already arrived at M&S Furniture Shipping Warehouse and ready to be shipped, a 20% restocking fee will apply to your order if you wish to cancel.
There will be a $50.00 processing fee for any change of address requests submitted in the event your order has already shipped.
If your order has already shipped from M&S Furniture, any cancellations or shipment refusals will be considered "Returns". As with a return, the customer will be responsible for return freight in addition to the 20% restocking fee. Bear in mind, actual freight returned may be higher than freight we originally charged based on additional fuel surcharges and labor, residential pick-up circumstances, etc.
Returns:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for reasons other than damage. A refund will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less a 20% restock fee and any return shipping costs. The restock fee may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.
If you wish to return or refuse your order, you are welcome to do so. However, you will be responsible for return freight cost in addition to the 20% restocking fee. You can return the item using the shipping carrier of your choice. Once we receive the return, we will refund your account the product price minus the 20% restocking fee. Original freight will not be refunded. Here at M&S Furniture we pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction and it is an extremely rare occurrence that our customers wish to return furniture simply for the sake that it is not what they wanted. We encourage our customers to be informed of furniture size, details specifications and common material (types of woods, fabrics, etc.) used, but the quality of the furniture you purchase from M&S Furniture for the price you pay is second to none. M&S Furniture guarantee high quality furniture it shows in online catalog and offers modern models to the public.
Customized orders can not be returned due to their uniqueness.
Please do not discard furniture packaging until you are certain there is no damage to the furniture. No furniture can be exchanged or refunded without its original factory packaging.
Refunds:
Any refund issued will be in the same manner as they were received. Payments by cash or check will be issued as a refund check from M&S Furniture within 5-10 business days of your cancellation.
